2. Hosting by Netlify
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you access the website, Netlify processes technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time of access, requested content, referrer and browser information. This processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in providing a secure, stable and efficient website.
Where applicable, Netlify acts as a processor. Processing in the United States cannot be ruled out. Netlify refers to the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for international transfers. Further information is available in Netlify's privacy policy and its Data Processing Agreement.
3. Contact and process check
When you contact us by email or through the process-check form, we process the information you provide — in particular your name, email address and message — to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. Form data is transmitted and technically processed through Netlify Forms. Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is deleted once the enquiry has been completed unless statutory retention obligations apply.
4. Online appointment booking via Cal.com or Calendly
Online appointment booking is currently not active. Once a booking URL is configured, the external calendar will remain blocked until you select “Load calendar”. Only then will a connection be made to the chosen provider. This may involve processing your IP address, browser data and information entered into the booking form.
The calendar is loaded on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Depending on the service selected in future, the provider's privacy terms also apply: Cal.com or Calendly.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website currently uses no analytics, marketing or tracking services and FLECTIS does not set its own cookies. External booking content is loaded only after an explicit selection; no data is transferred to that provider beforehand. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to FLECTIS.
6. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request erasure or restriction of processing and receive data in a portable format. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You may also object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for reasons arising from your particular situation.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority in Rhineland-Palatinate is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Rhineland-Palatinate.
